Terms of Service

Updated: July 12, 2026

1. About this document

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the platform. The platform is an online service for ingesting, transcribing, analyzing, and storing call recordings and related texts, along with associated capabilities (analytics, automations, integrations, API).

By using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Details of the service operator and other legally significant information are available on request via the support address listed on the site.

Draft. This document is a preliminary version and is subject to final review by a lawyer before publication.

2. Account and registration

Most features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information at registration and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Report any unauthorized access or suspected compromise promptly via the support address.

The service is intended for individuals who have reached the age at which, under applicable law, they may enter into contracts on their own. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You may upload call recordings and other materials that you are entitled to, and process them in the ways the platform provides.

Recording calls and informing participants is your responsibility. In many jurisdictions, recording phone and other conversations, as well as processing voice and personal data, is permitted only when legal requirements are met — including obtaining the participants' consent and/or notifying them that the call is being recorded. By uploading recordings and using the recognition and analysis features, you confirm that you have a lawful basis to record, store, and process these materials and that the necessary consents and notifications have been obtained. Compliance with applicable law on call recording, personal-data protection, and informing participants rests entirely with you.

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, to upload malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access, to place excessive load on the infrastructure, to circumvent technical restrictions, or to process data you have no rights to.

We may suspend processing or account access where we reasonably suspect a violation of this section.

4. Payment, plans, and balance

Some capabilities are provided under paid plans and/or charged from the account balance. The cost of operations (for example, transcription, upload, storage, language-model processing) is deducted as used according to the rates in effect, as shown in the service interface.

Use of third-party speech-recognition engines and language models that you connect at your choosing may be billed at the respective provider's cost. When you use your own keys (BYO), billing with the provider is on your side.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, funds added and subscriptions are generally non-refundable for services already rendered. Current rates may change; changes do not apply retroactively to operations already charged.

5. Your data and content

You retain your rights to the recordings, transcripts, texts, and other materials you upload. You grant the service a limited license to store and process these materials solely to the extent necessary to provide you with the services (transcription, analysis, storage, operation of integrations and features you enable).

Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its software code, interface, design, documentation, and trademarks belong to the service operator or its licensors and are protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to them other than the right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on the platform, except where expressly permitted by law.

7. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party providers (speech recognition, language models, telephony, CRM, storage) that you connect at your discretion. Use of such services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their operation, availability, or policies.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive for stable operation but do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. The results of automatic speech recognition and AI-based analysis are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies; verifying their fitness for your purposes is on your side.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data. Aggregate liability, where it arises, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the service for the period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the update date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, communicated by other reasonable means. By continuing to use the service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or the requirements of the law.

After access ends, we delete or anonymize account-related data within a reasonable period, except for information we are required to retain by law. The retention and deletion process is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Contact

For questions about these Terms, contact us via the support address listed on the site. Details of the service operator, the governing law, and jurisdiction are available on request.
