Privacy Policy
Updated: July 12, 2026
1. About this policy
This Policy describes what data the platform processes when providing conversation-analysis services and related texts, for what purposes and on what grounds, whom we may pass it to for processing, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service. Details of the service operator are available on request via the support address listed on the site.
Draft. This document is a preliminary version and is subject to final review by a lawyer before publication.
2. What data we process
Account data. Your email address and other information you provide at registration and in settings, along with technical account identifiers.
Recordings and transcripts. Audio recordings of conversations and other materials you upload or that arrive through channels you connect (telephony, email, integrations, API), and data derived from them: transcripts, translations, summaries, extracted metrics, and tags.
Metadata. Service information about recordings and processing — time, duration, language, engines and models used, task statuses — as well as technical logs necessary to operate and diagnose the service.
Billing data. Information about your plan, account balance, operations performed, and their cost. Payment-instrument data is handled by payment providers and is not stored by the service.
3. Why we process data
We process data solely to provide you with the platform's services: ingesting and storing materials, transcription and analysis, operation of the analytics, automations, integrations, and API you enable, running your account and billing, securing the service, and communicating with you on support matters.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use the content of your recordings and transcripts for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services.
4. Sub-processors
To provide the services, we engage third-party providers (sub-processors) that process data on our instructions or at your choosing. The main categories are:
Cloud speech-to-text (STT) and language-model (LLM) providers. Used for transcription and AI analysis. The specific provider and model are determined by your settings; when you use your own keys (BYO), processing takes place at the provider you choose, on its terms.
Infrastructure and hosting. Cloud compute and storage providers where the service and data reside.
Ancillary-service providers. For example, delivery of email notifications and payment processing.
For local processing without sending audio to external providers, options with a self-hosted worker and your own keys are available — in that case content stays within your perimeter. A current list of sub-processors is available on request.
5. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active and to the extent necessary to provide the services, and within the retention settings you configure. You can delete individual recordings and materials at any time.
After account deletion or a deletion request, we delete or anonymize the related data within a reasonable period, except for information we are required to retain by law (for example, for accounting purposes). Backups are removed as part of the normal rotation cycle.
6. Security
We apply organizational and technical measures to protect data, including account isolation and access control: only you and those you grant access to can see your recordings. We do not claim to hold formal certifications.
No method of transmitting and storing data is completely secure; we cannot guarantee unconditional security, but we work to reduce risks.
7. Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, export it using the tools available in the service, and delete individual materials or your entire account. For requests that cannot be completed on your own in the interface, contact us via the support address listed on the site.
The scope of rights and the way they are exercised may depend on applicable personal-data-protection law.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes are reflected in the update date at the top of this document. By continuing to use the service, you accept the current version.
9. Contact
For questions about data processing and the exercise of your rights, contact us via the support address listed on the site. Details of the service operator are available on request.
