About the product
What is CallScribe in one sentence?
It's a full-cycle conversational-AI platform: voice agents call and answer, while the platform transcribes, annotates and analyzes every conversation — and learns from it.
Do I have to connect telephony to start?
No. For analysis it's enough to upload your archive directly or forward recordings to an email address. Integrations are only needed to automatically capture new calls and run outbound.
Are all calls analyzed, or a sample?
All of them. Every uploaded conversation is transcribed and annotated with metrics and topics automatically — that's 100% coverage, not a 2–3% sample.
What exactly does the platform extract from a conversation?
Each recording gets 49 system metrics — conversation dynamics, prosody, sentiment, topics, a summary, action items, PII detection — plus your own custom metrics, filled in by AI extraction based on your description.
Can I use the platform for messaging, not just calls?
Yes. The same analysis, knowledge, analytics and copilot loop works over text — chats, emails, tickets, documents — in the Textura edition at textura.me. The app and login are shared across both editions.
Data and security
Can another account see my recordings?
No. Accounts are fully isolated: access to a recording belongs only to its owner and those they've shared it with. The 2026-06 and 2026-07 security audits found no cross-account leaks.
Can I process audio so it never goes to the cloud?
Yes. A self-hosted worker transcribes and diarizes locally on your hardware, and the on-prem Asterisk agent connects over an outbound HMAC channel from behind NAT — audio stays inside your perimeter.
Who can I share access with, and how?
The owner grants and revokes access granularly: by individual recordings, tags or metrics — not the whole account. Sharing one recording doesn't reveal the rest of the archive.
Do you have SOC 2 / ISO certifications?
We don't hold formal certifications yet, and we don't claim any. Security is provided through account isolation, on-prem processing, your own keys and signed integrations.
Pricing and billing
How much does it cost to start?
Free and no card required: a $3 balance is included to start. Paid plans Pro ($10/mo) and Business ($50/mo) give a larger included balance.
How is processing billed?
At cost from your account balance, with no markup: recognition at the engine's price, ingestion $0.003 per minute, diarization $0.02 per minute, storage $0.003 per GiB per day.
Are all features available on every plan?
Yes. Platform features are never gated by tier — plans differ only in the size of the monthly included balance.
Can I pay less for processing?
Yes. Connect your own LLM/STT keys and pay the provider directly, or run a self-hosted worker — local recognition and diarization run with no per-minute billing.
Integrations
Which telephony systems are supported?
Asterisk/FreePBX/VitalPBX/Issabel (via an on-prem agent behind NAT), MANGO OFFICE, Telfin, Sipuni, Zadarma/Novofon, UIS (CoMagic), MTS Exolve, plus a universal inbound webhook and recording capture over email.
Which CRMs can I connect?
Bitrix24, amoCRM/Kommo, RetailCRM and Megaplan. The crmPush automation finds the contact by phone number, writes a note or transcript and maps fields; you can also send an outbound webhook.
Can I work with the platform from code?
Yes. There's a REST API (rest.callscribe.me/v1, 73 methods) and an MCP server (mcp.callscribe.me) — you can drive the platform from your own code and from AI agents.
Is there a self-hosted processing option?
Yes. Download the self-hosted worker, run it on your own hardware and pair it with a code — local recognition and diarization run with no per-minute billing, and audio never leaves your perimeter.
Ready to start?
Turn every conversation into data, knowledge and action
Start by analyzing your conversations — no risk, no bots required. The platform turns your archive into data and a knowledge base, and voice agents plug in when you're ready.
Free plan, no card required.
